TERRA will be carefully developed to preserve the surrounding natural environment and is poised to be the “World’s The master plan calls for over 12,800 eco friendly home sites and an eco friendly base of commercial amenities and attractions. These amenities and attractions will cater to the residents along with the tourism base created by being the world’s largest green city. The TERRA Eco Industrial development plan is based upon three factors, tourism and eco community living and eco development. With sustainable jobs in green technology and eco manufacturing, TERRA will be at the cutting edge of eco technology and will be known as the best place in the world to live and work.
Here, people don’t talk about saving the environment, they live it every day. Jobs are green industrial, 10 pre-selected green industries will be set up on the property to produce eco related products that will be used onsite, and distributed throughout the world. Food will be grown locally, reducing the need to import costly carbon produced and shipped foods. TERRA will not export its’ waste, but recycle it onsite.
Homes built on TERRA will produce more energy than they consume. This will in turn provide a less expensive lifestyle demand on habitants to sustain themselves, not having to pay electric bills, HOA fees, and more. Terra will be a model city for the world, a city of the future, where people can live knowing they are truly contributing to sustain themselves and the planet!
